He has been associated with the company since its inception as a director. Today, he is responsible for the overall working of the R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. Under his leadership, R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. has grown leaps and bounds. His specialization lies in the areas of finance, production, CSR and corporate governance. Shri Neelesh Agarwal also serves as the Chairman of the CSR Committee of R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd..

These accolades include Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year 2019, Best Entrepreneur Award by DIC and The Rotary Club Vocational Excellence Award for his entrepreneurship. Highly energetic, focused and a collegiate team builder, he is passionate about stakeholder engagement and communication. He is committed to increasing the value per share of the R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. and is a visiting faculty of prominent educational institutes, associations and social organizations. Shri Vishal Agarwal is also the President of Vidarbha Plastic Industries Association and the Executive Member of Vidarbha Industries Association and other prominent associations and clubs.

With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the US, Shri Vaibhav Agarwal has played a key role in accelerating the growth of R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. His expertise lies in the areas of Marketing, Human Resource, Litigation, Finance and Taxation. A genius in the plastic industry, strategic planning, marketing and restructuring of business operations with an extensive experience of 16 years, he has been associated with the company since 2007. Shri Vaibhav Agarwal has led the group ingeniously. Under his leadership, R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded the status of Mega Project by the Government of Maharashtra at ‘ADVANTAGE VIDARBHA’.
