Production Engineer ( In Plastic Furniture – Ex, Plastic Chair, table, and household items)
Qualification: CIPET/ Mechanical Graduate
Exp. Required: Min. 3 Years in Plastic furniture’s
Job location: Hingna, Nagpur
Key Responsibilities: Looking for candidates for plastic furniture.
Having production experience of Plastic Chairs, Plastic Tables, and household items. Candidates with Plastic furniture experience will be preferred.
- Production Planning & Execution :
o Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
o Balance raw material usage, machine availability, and workforce - Process Optimization :
o Improve assembly line efficiency
o Apply Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma to minimize waste - Machine & Tool Handling
o Operate and maintain CNC routers, edge banding, panel saws, etc.
o Tool calibration and preventive maintenance scheduling - Quality Assurance
o Ensure adherence to finish, durability, and dimensional tolerances
o Use of gauges, measurement tools, and quality checklists - Material Management
o Coordinate with the store and purchase departments
o Optimize inventory for MDF, plywood, laminates, adhesives, etc. - Health, Safety & Compliance
o Enforce EHS protocols in the shopfloor
o Comply with fire safety, chemical handling, and ergonomic guidelines - Team Coordination
o Supervise operators, fitters, carpenters, and helpers
o Conduct daily toolbox talks and shift handovers
